We are open Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. We do request that you make an appointment prior to attending our office, as our staff is sometimes in court or meeting other clients. You can fill out our contact form and let us call you as soon as we can.

We offer flat rates for:

  • Prenuptial Agreements
  • Separation Agreements
  • Wills and Powers of Attorney
  • Independent Legal Advice
  • Residential Real Estate transactions
  • Notarization
  • Other flat rates may be offered on a case by case basis

We accept legal aid certificates for Family Law matters.
There are a variety of factors that impact the speed of a legal proceeding, such as case complexity, investigation steps, and court procedures. Once we have reviewed your situation, we will be able to give you a time estimate. In some cases, unexpected developments can change the expected timeline of a case: we will let you know of such as your case proceeds.

There are procedures for getting an urgent court hearing, however the court has a very high standard of required urgency before it allows such a procedure. Most situations do not qualify for an urgent hearing, but if you think that yours does, please contact us immediately.

Please schedule an appointment so that we can discuss your situation. After confirming that we are at the right fit for each other, we will prepare a retainer agreement that specifies the scope and price of our services.
